Has there ever been a worse fumble/aura loss than this in the ufc? Considering the context and what was at stake, only Silva v Weidman 1 feels comparable imo

This for sure worse than Silva/Weidman

Nah this beats Silva Weidman. I think Jiri just cemented himself in history for the wrong reasons lmao
UFC please stop booking matches between counter punchers. That Reyes Walker fight was a complete flatline

Nigga just a rƩtard and fake demon lol
this "showing mercy" stuff is pure cope
idk you watch the fight? he did slow down, ulberg crumpled to the ground 3-4 times it felt like he backed off each time

Meh, I love Jiri but iām not buying it. You cant claim mercy while also trying to bait the dude into throwing with you on a bum leg lol
This is competition. Even if it was some āmercyā it was rooted in ego because he thought it was his. He didnāt think Ulberg was a threat.
Also, he did not back off. Every time Ulberg buckled or fell Jiri absolutely stalked him. Idk what fight you watchedā¦
The most merciful thing he couldāve done was jump on him & get it over with instead of all the goofiness. Jiriās just a low IQ fighter.

idc about jiri but it looked like he could have jumped on him but wanted to call his shot w the type of ko, calling him into the center of the octagon each time idk just my opinion. obviously a great deal of hubris there, so maybe mercy isnāt the right word,

Negative IQ s***. Bro went out like Chael Sonnen in the second showdown with Silva
As long as the ref hasn't stopped the fight, your opponent remains a threat. If Aljamain pulled off that s*** when TJ Dillashaw popped his arm, that nigga would be clowned forever. The only mercy should be a mercy kill

Who knows man. Heās gonna be kicking himself for a long time after this. Mostly likely his last shot at the belt. Thats been 4 now.
All the props in the world to Carlos though for keeping his composure. A lot of tough guys wouldāve definitely folded in that moment.

Nah thereās truth to it. He definitely didnāt get on the gas the way he would normally. The mistake he made was something he might have done regardless but he absolutely got off the gas for a lil when he could have just touched him from outside and point fight him.

crine, he want a do-over

That's not how it works buddy. To the back of the line you go.
i fw jiri but man his fans are so annoying. enjoying seeing them trying to wrap their heads around this generational fumble
Jiri

Fight was yours to win you silly m'fer, instead of that you're doing some warrior motivational herky jerky s***
