haven't tested it on Windows but I did make a zip with a vst3 that's suppose to work on it
no need to run the exe file, just drop the vst3 folder in it's place (C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3) and rescan
pushed it to Github

works great! maybe not the best for rhythmic stuff cause of the buffer but i could see this as a nice effect for lofi pads.
How long did this take you? Ive got a few ideas for a vst that i dont think exists in the market and always wanted to make. Tried learning juce or hise or something once but gave up lol

glad it works on windows and that you like it
yeah I was thinking about adding a low pass auto filter that moves with the timing or audio to make it work better with rhythmic stuff or some other filter settings
I have tried making vsts for a couple years with JUCE but always had issues getting them to work right, I used Claude Code to clean up my idea and make it work
it took a couple hours to fix my project and 50 prompts
I have ideas for more plugins that are more complex but this seemed like an easy one to start with
Anyone have any solid advice on creating melodies in your DAW.
Im terrible at them but it defs helps to play an instrument to develop a better sense of the intervals
Thinking about getting this book on fl.studios

never heard of it could be fun but i doubt you'll get much from it that you couldn't just get from yt tutorials
any of you use Zenology? that s*** is so fun man
All of us do @lightmagic
That makes sense
I do layer a lot of s***
Layers (even in maximalist music) still cause a lot of problems. It’s taken me years to realize that less sounds louder usually hits harder
Talk me out of getting the minifreak
I’m like 80% a hardware guy so I’d be using it with my Mpc

What does it do that your current setup doesn’t do?
My philosophy with gear is that if you can imagine exactly what you’d use it for and you have no other gear that could fill the same hole in your setup, then it’s worth thinking about it
If not then that’s your answer

Not a producer but just copped one of these for f***ing around with. Getting the hang of it slowly

want to get back into music prod after 5 years. What plugins should i install fresh on ableton? the scene has changed so f***ing much, last time i remember omni, nexus, fl studio, fabfilter were the essentials lol
bonus question: any good courses for sound design in serum 2? I hated scrolling through presets
