I’m getting an idea with a loop. It’s just I really want to create but it’s hard to accept that a dope drum pattern is just as important as the music underneath.

its ok to use drum loops, then replace them with your own sounds n add your own twists to them

been sampling a lot lately but just recently ive decided to utilize a diff approach to chopping inside ableton and the results been nice

super gas, really fw what you did with the sample. The drums is solid too! I get pop vibes from them but i think that's just the combo of the sample with them, and they fit the track

Would buying e drum set help me much or just get better at finger drumming and or learn more drum patterns?

I don’t finger drum cause my s*** sounds too simple if I try finger drumming. I do my drums by dragging each audio sample into arrangement view and just programming them like that. I do use midi for hi hats tho

Are you tryna have like really authentic drums? I’ guess you could get a drum kit if you actually wanna be a drummer n learn it. I would recommend just getting better at programming drums
