Yeeee some WIPs and my consistency of quality has been getting better making beats but also at the same time I haven’t been making too too much lately. I used to cook up daily now its been a lot less.

I can tell you start drums first and then keep it minimal with vocal chops and a synth or two. Reminds me of Yeezus/ Jpegmafia

Condo is a hook to a full beat btw but im working on the full beat its not all the way there yet
And nah I actually never do drums first I always start with the melody and then build off of it

250-500 is going to be your muddy frequency range. Take your eq to a Q of 20 and take it up 20db and do a a sweep across that range and find a boxy sounding frequency where it will sounds kind of flat and lifeless i guess is a way to explain it and just cut it
