It’s rough man and i wish there was a single piece of advice i could give to help but i feel like attempting to say something profound with aim to instantly cure your heartbreak only cheapens the experience we shared with that person. You guys had something real and no one can take that away from you and it’s going to be difficult for some time
Just try to distract yourself as much as possible with productivity and things that take your mind off of it and in time you will feel better about it. The scars never seem to fully go away but what we can do with them is learn & grow and that becomes invaluable experience. I know you’ll be fine because you deserve it

Yeah man its been a depressing year but trying to distract myself has been the biggest solution for me so far. just those nights alone make things so hard but it is what it is man ill definitely get out of this slump some how
