R Dmost of the data a***ytics is just repurposed hotel revenue management which is a well established discipline, and you could build out a private contractor workforce for end-to-end management with little overhead and few labor hours, take professional quality listing photos with redesigned interiors, use branded toiletries to build name recognition etc etc
know a lot of people and regions where extracting full value of a rental property is foreclosed just cause the owner is gone for months at a time and can't handle the logistics of short term rentals
honestly think it makes a lot of sense
