Like I went in without a guide and missed so much stuff that I didn't even know was there when I used a guide my 2nd playthrough
Just simple things like going to get books and magazines you will miss and it will hurt you in the end game

It doesn't matter but you can get stat bonuses
So if you want max stats which are needed for certain characters stories when you hang with them then yea. But on first playthrough blind you wouldn't get any of that 100% anyway
