I still havent watched the first mario movie

It's a cute movie but the story is very lazy.

Half the trailer was just mini Bowser goofing around in his small castle and Mario and Luigi looking at him Wasn’t much substance or anything particularly interesting about it.

I find it bizarre that they call it a Direct just to debut a new trailer

They’re shutting down the servers for the PS4 version of THE FINALS in March 2026 due to the system not being too powerful enough to keep up with the game’s updates..
I wonder if this could put a potential Switch 2 version at risk

Need NS2 to keep selling so they can’t ignore it

What was the gist of the preview?

It wasnt too in depth, the youtuber said he had more to share, but he said he wasnt a fan and that preview hyped him a lot apparently. The game looks gorgeous of course, there's an escort mission, the forest level he played seemed to be an early area but samus already had the psychic powers and morph ball so i wonder how soon she gets these.
There are save points, samus felt a little faster and agile than previous games, the map was interesting cause it was divided in hexagons so it could have interesting developments in level design.
Not much else, i think today's previews will be more explicit although apparently while they played ~2 hours they could only talk about 30 minutes of gameplay

Nah Prime 4 is hitting all the right spots
I was so afraid the soundtrack would be mid like Dread was... But it has been nothing but bangers and still in the same ball park as the rest of the Trilogy while bringing some new flavours

Unfortunately Metroid is a hardcore Nit do fan franchise

Especially the Metroid Prime series, it should be a bigger and more popular but it’s not. MP4 more of a passion project for Nintendo tbh

A Metroid Prime multiplayer / online game in the vain of COD or Splatoon would hit. I could see it being a huge thing for Nintendo if they took it seriously enough

Honestly the movie sucks at being an actual good adaption. It’s a kids movie that tries to appeal to mainstream and some Easter eggs for the hardcore fans. It’s fine at best. Don’t go expecting cinema or a good adaption of what Mario is and you’ll have a decent time with it

MP hunters went so hard back in the day, I could see it a FPS multiplayer game by Nintendo would be incredible

Yup. Hunters is super underrated. Love that game

A FPS Metroid Prime game that’s at least teen rated and made in the vain of COD or Halo or Battlefield could seriously f*** up the game.

Nintendo would never but it would be cool if they took a risk and did something more mature

It always looked like Hollywood gentrification of Mario, which is why I never really bothered with it..
