PS5 physical sold out everywhere where I am talking bout a restock in 2 weeks lol
Yeah I think even Amazon at one point was going to deliver in March or some s***
That 3 pack with the two older games looks good too
Going to get RE on the Switch 2 over anything else
Might be a risk but it looks like it's going to be great
Digital foundry review hopefully drops today so you'll get a better idea in a few hours
Zelda who
Honestly, shocking how they're handling the Switch 2 era so far.
Fallout 4 looks incredible. 40 and 60 modes are both solid and stick to the frame target. 40 looks sharper so I’m sticking with it.
Really sad it’s not on cart, but I’m not a big cart guy anyhow
Vanilla FO4 still worth playing over modded FO4?

The NS2 Editions s*** seems egregious to me to various degrees.
Like how you gonna re-release BOTW and make it more expensive without including the DLC???

Yeah, the Switch 2 editions are a real headscratcher.
It was one thing when they were re-releasing WiiU games for the Switch cause of how small the WiiU player base was. But who's going to buy a NS2 version of, for instance, Kirby and the forgotten land, just because of some DLC and improved performance? And then they charge it with a premium?

And the improved performance is locked behind the DLC. It’s not some Final Fantasy VII Remake situation for owners of the PS4 version who could upgrade to the PS5 version for free despite there being additional DLC.
MKW got flak for being the first $80 game and people like to think it’s the only one on the market, but most of NS2E games are $80 as well..
Nintendo should change their main mascot to Wario
I used to think that a 'Smash Ultimate Deluxe' re-release would come with the DLC fighters.
But with the way Nintendo’s been moving this era, that would be expecting too much of them

but who doesn’t already own botw who wanted to play it? Like who genuinely waited 8 years?
And even if you did wait 8 years, now you can just buy the switch 1 version which is always on sale and get the upgrade pack free with nso

Your boy here
I do have TOTK though.
Nintendo’s sales are so ass though.
Fwiw, its only anecdotal evidence so may not be conclusive whatsoever, but im seeing a lot more pricecuts on nintendo titles ever since this gen started. Not crazy, 50% off sales mind you, but one month into new releases they get immediately cut to 60€ instead of the usual 80. I think at least here in Italy its very hard for nintendo's customer base to afford many 80€ games and it shows. I wonder what they'll do moving forward and how customers from other countries are reacting.
I think charging the same prices for a mario sports spinoff and an ambitious AAA single player platformer is silly, i think they should embrace more tiers depending on the reach of that game. Games like kirby air riders would've benefitted from even a 20€ pricecut to the standard 60€ we saw last gen.

Y'all don't got a used market? I buy most physical nintendo games used these days tbh, its a blessing if you're not affected by FOMO too much and are willing to wait.

Idk if the previous owner washes their hands after using the bathroom so I’d rather not buy used
But yeah, we do get "unofficial" sales on Nintendo games at Walmart every now and then. Like one time I got Clubhouse Games and Miitopia for $9 each, and that definitely wasn’t a typical sale straight from Nintendo.

I thought Nintendo was insane for charging Bayonetta Origins the same price as Bayo3; at least make it $50 and not $60.

Damn you lowkey overthinking it😭😭
I got some great deals buying used, hopefully you see the light someday🙏
Is it a hot take if I say the 3DS is lowkey underrated?
https://twitter.com/stealth40k/status/2026719354633531636I’d say it’s properly rated now.
can’t believe how good fallout looks. it’s selling me on this console as a third party platform, I was thinking about getting re9 on ps5 pro for the 120fps but nah f*** that I want it portably, this thing works miracles. might get 007 and pragmata on here too.

Digital foundry review dropped, cant watch it all cause i wouldnt do it justice but they seem very impressed with it

overrated now that prices have surged
cool system. i went to gamestop for the midnight release. got the aqua blue 3ds then that s*** got stolen from my porch years later when I sent it out for modding lol
eventually bought myself a pikachu 2ds in like 2017. also own a japanese new 3ds xl ac edition.

One of my main concerns with the switch 2 was how it would do with day and date AAA 3rd parties and the re9 reviews are very promising.

https://twitter.com/stealth40k/status/2026719354633531636I love my New 3DS, but the platform barely had any classics to its name tbh..
DS was quite revolutionary.

Hell yeah that's where Im at with it too. Docked looks good enough if I wanted to do that as well
I think Fallout is meant to be really good at the 40fps mode.
