yeah and the third party support gives them extra clout too. boost mode and lowering the digital price were good moves as well.

although it’s too bad that 007 switch 2 port got delayed. switch 2 era needs more big simultaneous releases asap

Nintendo needs to understand nobody will get hyped for Star Fox 64 5 damn give those boys a real new game, what a way to waste all the interest the series got with the film

It looks cool, but i LOVED fox's design in the film, i wish the game followed that art style. Maybe the next one....
And this yet another lower priced game, at least they changed trajectory. Wish air riders was a 60$ release too, would've sold more copies and lobbies wouldnt be so empty

Even 64 was a 3d remake of starfox on the snes, it’s almost expected at this point lol. I hope though, this time, they follow up soon with a sequel. Maybe itll be like with mercury steam (2d Metroid) or Grezzo (2d Zelda) where they did a remake and then a sequel

Don't care about the StarFox 64 remake, now if they gave us a StarFox Adventures one, I'd be really down.
But cool to see that it's only 50 bucks for digital.

OoT remake must be in next month in the annual June Direct, and it better look incredible otherwise I’m burning this console.

They surely will, from the film appearance to the game title, they clearly want to relaunch the series. I think its worth a shot because imo, despite not loving the games, i always found that world and Fox in particular more appealing than say a f-zero (despite preferring playing the latter). It makes sense they'd go in this direction, though i hope that the series can become something more, while still keeping some of that rail shooter soul.
