Eastward is really scratchin that Zelda itch for me. There’s something so satisfying about destroying s*** in the environment to get hearts
also completing a dungeon and earning a heart will never not be a satisfying progression system. Side note: This soundtrack goes wayyyyy too hard, might have to cop it too

I was getting Zelda vibes watching the reviews when they showed the cooking part.

The game even openly references Zelda and Earthbound with a game kids play in the story called Earthborn, it’s pretty well done too, not in a corny way

Reminds how A Hat In Time openly references Mario Odyssey, but the game was still fun to play.
