Previews for OLED model are coming out as well. Just as I expected people are saying it’s a good upgrade especially for players who use handheld/tabletop a lot. Handheld mode is my favorite way to play and I don’t think I can hold out for too longer without grabbing one. Plus I’m coming from V1 Switch so better battery is welcomed as well.

October is gonna be hard on my wallet. I’ll probably get Dread and OLED this month, then the other releases over the holidays. I’m gonna start working 60 hours a week soon and taking time to learn a new skill. No point to get all those games when I’m not gonna have time to play them.

Best part about getting the OLED model is my wife isn’t gonna recognize the difference from the V1 model. So I don’t have to worry about her complaining about me spending money on another Switch console

From the previews ive watched they also said that dread is the perfect game to showcase the switch oled so that was great on nintendo's part. Game looks seriously amazing, i hope it scores well and becomes the best selling title in the series, i need metroid to become a flagship series for nintendo so i dont have to wait 15 years for a new one again

Yep, when I’m feeling cozy on the couch and don’t feel like being dedicated to a TV the OLED mode will shine. That’s mostly how I play now.
