yea ive spent prolly 100-200 just from wii and wii u virtual consoles so online-enabled games for 50 a year seems worth it

espc since nso appears to be a more stable, future-proof-enough service compared to the virtual consoles (tho those were nostalgic)

I actually really like the ocarina controls on this system

Thought I would want the n64 controller but using the right joystick to switch and use weapons/tools feels great

Probably my favorite N64 game along with Diddy Kong Racing

You know what I was thinking? You know how some JP / EU / Asia versions of games sometimes have the full thing on a cart?

Yoshi’s Story is great indeed I’ve never played Diddy Kong Racing but I hear many prefer it over Mario Kart.

Glad im not a beta tester lol ima wait for when the emulation is fixed before buying the expansion. Weird tho, NERD did a great job emulating mario 64 on 3d all stars, what happened this time

I’ll cop when the second batch of N64 games are released, those are games I want to play and hopefully the emulation is fixed by then.

I haven’t had any of these issues

Been playing oot for about 6 hours and no crashing or frame drops so it must be rare

The latency isn’t that noticeable it’s about 20ms slower than on n64 somebody did the math, according to Twitter only really noticeable if you’re a professional speed runner and time everything out

Online worked smooth for me in Mario kart 64 so it’s probably connection issues for them, which is the same on any console or game
