So. Many. Games
Don’t forget Knights of the Old Republic comes out tomorrow too.

this is beautiful. i’m hoping limited run does a physical for the switch port of KOTR 👀
why yall still post that flop? wasn't she saying there was a completed trilogy previous years? now it's the first game only. where's that switch pro she was so sure about?

The switch pro that 9 devs confirmed to have?

She was the first one to talk about ring fit, game builder garage and metroid dread, she's legit. Also a former retro dev said porting mp3 was very hard, so its not impossible to imagine nintendo figured that out after starting the project and canned it because of it.
About switch pro, literal huge business journals were talking about switch pro existing, with bloomberg reiterating recently with proof of 11 different devs having one, its impossible it doesnt exist, it just means its not a pro but the successor
If there’s one thing that’s certain, its that Nintendo will want to cash in as much as possible on the insane hype for Prime 4 once we approach release, it would be more shocking if she said we weren’t getting any old metroid prime games on switch
The real question is: will nintendo let us actually own the old metroid prime games like we want to? Or will it be added to expansion pack subscriptions with 7-8 other GameCube games. I unfortunately think it will be the latter.

I doubt we'll see gamecube on nso anytime soon, maybe with next switch. Game sizes are quite large, at least 1gb, so having all the important gamecube games on it would occupy most of the internal storage. Maybe they could go the gamepass route but idk if that's viable. If metroid prime games are coming, its more likely to be all remakes
Ngl tho a oot 3d like metroid prime remake would be amazing. Game hasnt aged at all and with better graphics and qol additions it would still hold up as a goat game

Forgive me but I don't see an instance where MP3 would be hard to port when we have all three games already packaged with unified controls. We have the game running at Wii u virtual console.
People thought we'd never get skyword sword because of the heavy motion implementation and alas.

New switch now ships with 64gb internal memory and something like GameCube on expansion pass is probably why
Switch pro will probably be 128gb and Nintendo will predictably release the GameCube expansion around that time like they did n64 for oled
I’m praying for a full remake though, that sounds amazing
People who got pokemon dp/sp early saying game gets relatively hard towards end game, might be a first in a while for a pokemon game lol
Ok this Pokemon Gold

Dont ask me. Ask the ex retro dev who worked on the game. I just wrote basically what he said. He didnt say it would be impossible, but he did say it would be very hard to do

I think its more them trying to justify the price and generally give more memory to incentivize digital spending for those who wouldnt get an sd card
“Switch pro” is pretty obviously just an early build of the Switch 2 at this point
DA
TTE
BA
YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
In case y'all didn't know I play Fortnite a lot so this is HYPE.

I think the semantics don't really matter. we all know what we want in the next iteration. we were hoping OLED was gonna be just that next iteration with more power.
switch pro and switch 2 just seems to be a debate of time. the longer it takes for the console to come out the more people will just call it Switch 2 instead of a mid Gen refresh.
anyone getting KOTR on the switch tonight?
they said on Twitter it’s coming out 9am pst tomorrow which sucks
but yeah I have it preloaded
