Why is Digimon Survive’s Switch physical sold out everywhere? Like literally everywhere?

I wonder if they'll announce any ports coming to the switch. I had totally forgotten that they put pokemon crystal on the 3DS.
I need a Crystal remake on Switch
Relatively slow start to combat. It gradually opens up. Pay attention to tutorials n tips you’ll need it lol. You’ll eventually see how nuanced the combat systems are
Thanks for the response, truly hoping it gets better. Wasn’t able to play much last night. Hate being so busy and working full time lol.
So far the combat is bad but as long as I can attack outside circles and not auto attack I’m down.
I put 230 hours into XC2 so I will probably be be very critical of this game. Hope it lives up to the hype.

Great games aren’t defined by length. Some of the great games ever made like Uncharted 2, The Last of Us, Kirby 64, ect are super short games.
It’s about quality over length.
But if you are seeking a longer game, pick up Xenoblade Chronicles (any or all of them if you haven’t played them before.)

it's not way different. just another variation on the core gameplay like every entry in the series and its spinoff.

I just unlocked chain attacks and so far this system seems very much in the vein of xc2 / torna. 2s early game was also very slow.
XCXs combat was just XC1 on crack
I’d say about 15-20 hours in depending how fast you’re advancing the story, is when the combat opens up fully. That’s when you get a real feel for it, and if it’s something you like or don’t. That’s right around the time you should be doing your first Hero Quest
just finished up xenoblade chronicles 3. certified 10/10

How many hours you put in

just under 65, though i've been playing for the past week and a half (if you get what i'm saying lol).
actually so happy how good this game turned out to be. can't wait for the expansion to drop in december
i hate pacing in all xeno games but i kmow its gonna be legendary
i didn't think it was too bad. there was a point where i was just wanting to get a specific part later on in the story done with, but i was hooked pretty much immediately. definitely more so than the beginning of 2 (though i also felt like i was dropped in the middle of an on going story so it took a bit to get used to lol).

Did all the hero quest n other side quest too?

I think I skipped out on like 3 of the optional hero quests? Was a bit more focused on getting the story completed because I wanted to see how the story was gonna play out. I did pretty much every side quest I came across throughout the first four or so chapters, then kinda did them selectively after that point.
I still genuinely don't know how reviewers (or ppl in general) put 150 hours to beat the main story. Even with the additional content, I just don't see that happening. I guess there's the affinity chart, but even then, I don't see the point in maxing that out at all. Seems that the long playtime just comes from doing stuff just for the sake of being a completionist.

Necessary to play 1&2 first?

One of those games where they legit only shipped out pre orders. I pre ordered my copy a week before drop and only got it because someone canceled their copy. You dont even have the choice to order back ordered copies s***s crazy

easily the best out of 1-3 imo.
@BillyRockets no need to play the other two, though there are some nods to the previous games & you can kinda appreciate this series itself a bit more. not necessary though.
