Really hope Nintendo can nail this transition to next gen

Nintendo usually isn’t good at this after a crazy successful console (Wii to WiiU)

So if they can stick this landing and have a great transition, Switch 2 could be a huge jump in the history of Nintendo

Especially with rumors of upscaled 4K, this could be Nintendo’s biggest jump since SNES to N64

Resident Evil 4 Gold Edition will most certainly be a launch title.
Not that I personally want it to happen, but considering the fact that it’s coming to iPhone 15 Pro, and RE4 remake being on a Nintendo platform would be like coming full circle since the original was initially a GameCube exclusive.

This makes me excited cus if Switch 2 turns out to be an upscaled 4K console, we could see a lot more 3rd party support. And not just RPG / small budget games. Like actual high budget AAA level games like RE4R or Baldur’s Gate 3 or COD

They need to close the horsepower gap between Switch and current-gen home consoles as much as they can if Nintendo wants to retain 3rd-party support.
