The end of a f***ing era
3DS’s stereoscopic-3D effect still looks unbelievable to me. I’m glad Nintendo pushed it as hard as they could’ve; though it was a bit disappointing knowing they toned down the 3D in A Link Between Worlds cus of 2DS, and the Pokémon games running poorly with 3D on during battles, which are TURN-BASED, was somewhat shocking..
But yeah 3DS felt like I was holding an actual portal to a different dimension in the palm of my hands, especially considering the fact that none of the newer consumer devices even use stereoscopic 3D (though there’s still VR).

Wii U is something that had to happen; it had to exist (and flop spectacularly) in order to give us Switch. If you went back in time and tried to prevent Wii U from ever happening then Whispers from Final Fantasy VII Remake would show up and stop you

April direct in moments

All I want from the (possible) direct is to know the new roadmap for gba games.
I’m sure they’ll put out a good remaster for Christmas time of some popular game that’ll do great numbers.

I assume All the great games will be with the switch 2 announcement

got the hori split pad for handheld gaming and my fingers won't become numb anymore

I just transferred my living pokedex from pokebank to pokemon home

Only thing I couldn't transfer was my mew and celebi which I hatched in pokemon emerald on GBA with a glitch

Switch is a Gameboy that plays 7th and some 8th gen games that also can be played on the tv. We've been given so much.

WiiU had potential but was overall badly executed. Switch perfected what the WiiU failed at

people forget how long it took to get games Wii u. droughts were real. the literal only reason I bought splatoon was because there was f*** all to play. literally saved the wii u.

Yeah that’s my set up. I have a GameCube but it’s in the closet just cus I got my Wii out so what I need the GameCube out for?

I mean if you wanna play the game on original hardware cool, but space efficiency wise, the Wii is the way to go IMO

Back when I was at the university I wanted to play gamecube games and copped a regular Wii (not the mini one) from a fellow student for 40 bucks plus 3 controllers

then I put homebrew stuff on it and played gamecube games from an external hard drive on it

yeah i’m like well i don’t really care to play any wii games tbh but i know that’s the cheapest and easiest route to go but i also just lvoe having the original hardware

i know the front plate is super dirty but i’m not sure if this is a good deal or not but it comes with all wires controller that’s a bit dinged up and the console has a region switch so i could play japanese games also for $130
