I have an idea/wish for a new Nintendo franchise where the worlds of different Nintendo characters collide/come together. Inspired by Smash Bros but it's not about fighting each other and it's not a side-scroller. It's a 3D adventure game that I have given the codename "Nintendoverse" or "Super Nintendoverse".

This is the idea:

Scientists discover disturbances in space, and shortly after, a growing black hole swallows up different Nintendo characters from their worlds. When the characters wake up, they find themselves in the world of another Nintendo character - they have switched places.

Mario wakes up in Hyrule and uses his jumping skills and power-ups to make his way through traditional Zelda dungeons. Link takes Samus's role as a bounty hunter on a foreign planet using his own arsenal of weapons.

Samus finds herself in a region filled with unique creatures called Pokémon, while Pokémon Master Ash Ketchum ends up catching Goombas and Koopas in the Mushroom Kingdom.

The goal would be for each character to make their way through the world of another character in search of a key character that will be able to reconnect the characters to their own respective worlds, for example: if Mario is in Hyrule, he'd need to find Princess Zelda. If Link ends up in the Mushroom Kingdom, he'd need to find Princess Peach.

When both Link and Mario have found their respective key character, they can then travel back to their own worlds or join another characters world to help them fight together (perhaps through online multiplayer).

The world that each character ends up in would not have to be fixed, so any character could potentially end up in any world. Your only choice is which character you want to play as, and then you'd randomly be thrown into the world of another character, or you could choose to randomise both aspects, or perhaps it'd all be random from the start (undecided on this part).
