I have to lock in financially the next three months.
How many kidneys do you need?
The worst thing tho by far is the f***ing tech demo being a paid game, f*** outta here man. Even Sony gave you their tech demo for free, there's no reason an interactive instruction manual isnt a pack in game
Nintendo is in their arrogant phase rn. They know their on top and that we gon eat it up regardless
You’re looking at the deluxe editions of those games. You have to select the game on the PS Store and hit the three dots to get the pricing for the standard edition. The standard editions are all priced at $70.
Nah I'm actually looking at the Standard editions of those games on my PS5. I see the Deluxe versions as well and they cost even more. Mind though that I live in Sweden so I'm seeing the prices in my own currency (899 SEK) which translates to 90 USD. I don't know if it's different for you where you live.
?????
there is no $90 physical games. was a mistranslation
but this is cd keys baked into the carrt lol

I don't drink, so I know they're in pristine condition.

Perfect, if you sell one of them on the black market then you might be able to afford a Switch 2

They can be arrogant all they want, nobody is buying that instruction manual lol
?????
This is like existing switch physical games that are just download codes. They're not the norm, only few third party games do it, mainly those too big for cartridges

See that’s what I thought but Bravely Default HD physical is game-key only. No way Square couldn’t have fit it on a cartridge.
My brain still can't fathom that From Software is delivering a Switch 2 exclusive game...
Anyone that lived through the Wii U days would have laughed you straight up in the face if you had told them that
Gamecube boys remember when Resident Evil 4 was exclusive
also Eternal Darkness
$80 games

$80 games

tbf with Kirby and Mario Party you can look at it as game + upgrade + DLC and $80 price makes sense.
The only new game launching at $80 is Mario Kart which i could argue is probably worth that in a world where GTA 6 is launching at $100+ this year most likely.
i get the complaints about the pricing but i don’t know if Nintendo could have really done much about it when they’re likely selling the consoles at a loss due to the Trump tariffs.

I'd put that on Square Enix being Square Enix. Metal Gear solid collection on switch has you downloading mgs 1, 2 and 3 even though they're PS1 and PS2 games that would easily fit on a switch cartridge. Meaning, they cheaped out on cartridges for bigger profit lol

They're always like this
I still remember waiting in line at Toys R Us to get the Switch 1. Having BOTW as a launch title was dope af
Given the price y'all think this will still be hard to get on launch?
Yeah because of Mario Kart, s*** will be probably hard as hell
Be one of the first 300k before tarrifs f*** over the MSRP
