Mario Kart update:

Fixed an issue where items were no longer able to be used.

Fixed an issue where sometimes controls were inoperable when selecting a character and trying to start Free Roam from the “Free Roam” map.

Fixed an issue where sometimes the game shut down when watching replay after a race.

Fixed an issue where sometimes the game shut down after a race in “Online Play.”

Fixed an issue where rate fluctuations were sometimes displayed incorrectly in “Knockout Tour” and “Online Play.”

Fixed an issue where it was easy for a communication error to occur when trying to join Friends playing “VS Race” or “Battle” in “Online Play.”

Fixed an issue where you sometimes slipped through the wall before the finish line of “DK Spaceport.”

Fixed an issue where you sometimes couldn’t return to correct position after falling of the course between “Airship Fortress” and “Bowser’s Castle” while gliding.

Was first the entire knockout tour and got blue shlled at the end

14 ways? The only way I know if by items and you don't always have said items when the blue shells come.

I also know you can dodge blue shells with the rewind feature but Shortcat said doing that was slower than just getting hit.

Ye 14 I think there’s like 4/5 that are either similar and some that are just like “would that actually be useful” and then one of them is like “just don’t be first and let first place get hit then you’ll be first”. Just thought I’d share since the last one has kind of helped me out.

well if you do the don't be first strat you can't 3 star knockout tour. You have to first at every single check point to 3 star a knockout tour and that's the problem.

I am using meta build right now and just lost two potential 3 stars to getting blue shelled right by a checkpoint lol

The last one is holding on to a shroom and boosting last minute so you don’t get hit. I had no clue that was a thing.

I am now at 340 p-missions and 84 peach medals after grinding tonight. Maybe I can 100% free roam later this week

do u have to do any of this stuff to unlock karts / costumes cos i still got a bunch of stuff locked and have only unlocked things from online or just regular single player races

karts is by collecting coins, costumes is by food items, characters is by grand prix/kamek item
