DmC3 switch version is the best edition to play, definitely recommend
Is Royal or strikers better? I feel like I've mainly heard about royal
Strikers is not a mainline persona game, get Royal
Sv are crazy good honestly most the complaints you see online are either not real or haven't been an issue in ages due to updates
It has obvious problems but they're a lot better than you'd assume. The tools they add make the more hardcore aspects of pokemon ridiculously easier to get into
I liked Arceus a lot but most of it kind of felt smaller and with less to do. And I didn't like the battle system
I started Scarlet and dropped redacted hours playing it lmao it feels just like Arceus, but also like a mainline which is sick.
I really liked being able to throw pokeballs and possibly being able to not have to battle because grinding to get to a certain level sucks sometimes. I do think the agile/strong moves is interesting and can allow for some strategizing, but ultimately it only works for certain cases.

My problem with them is that there are hardly any buildings to enter and shops just open a menu instead of being something you actually walk into / interact with
May be a small thing, but to me it like completely turned me off. Just seemed kinda lazy on GF end
Man I’m tempted to buy so many games that are on the summer sale. But also….. I know I’m about to spend money on new games upcoming for the switch 2 so it’s hard
I really wanna play Luigi’s Mansion 2 and the price it is rn is so much better

I considered LM2 (it’s the only one I never played since I didn’t have a DS) but ehhh I think I’d be just as happy digging out LM3 for another play through

Naw the most lazy thing GF ever did was that pink pokemon Flamigo. I can forgive them for all of their shortcomings, but that pokemon is the laziest they have ever been. I refuse to complete the dex because of that guy.

I never understood this complaint really, were you actually enjoying all the copy pasted poke centers and homes with nothing to do in them other than talking to the people inside for every other game?
Personally I like being able to heal in seconds or buy what I need and f*** off on a miraidon flying off immediately lol. I have always found going into homes/stores to be the most annoying part of the games, and its honestly just weird to have free access to every home like that's normal. I've just never had a good time going into buildings in these games, genuinely one of the more boring parts of all pokemon games to me
If it really bothers you I get it I guess because it's always been a thing, but being such a repeated complaint online kind of comes off really forced to me

I think pidgey is worse if you think about it tbh

I f*** with the flamingo, you gotta have some regular animals peppered in with the unique designs

LM2 so underrated. It deservedly gets flak for the level-based game design, but it still does so much right. Best controls in the entire series and the mansions are very memorable. Plus finding the boo and getting 3 stars in each level adds some replayability if that matters to you.
Arguably still the worst one in the series, but def worth the cop esp on sale.
Bananza confirmed to be made by Mario team, as if we needed confirmation.
Btw doesnt mean a new 3d Mario wont come until 2030, its their #1 mascot, Nintendo has increased a lot in size in recent years and can shuffle staff members between teams to tackle multiple projects, like EPD 5 making both animal crossing and splatoon.
I think we'll see a new 3d Mario at worst by the end of 2027, but bananza seems to be goated as well so the wait wont be unbearable at all imo
Saw someone compare dk bananza to yoshi's Island in how they're both indirect sequels to their predecessors (Mario odyssey and Mario world respectively) by using another closely related ip, which imo does fit
I think pidgey is worse if you think about it tbh
Naw because at least with pidgy he’s based off other birds, whereas Flamigo is a flamingo with the N taken out
I f*** with the flamingo, you gotta have some regular animals peppered in with the unique designs
Then he should have been like a gym leaders pet or something, I don’t know it’s a minor qualm, but it’s my only issue with the new gen is that singular pokemon

They are a lot better than they were previously definitely
They hit a slump with 2K19-2K20 which meant they took a year out and rebuilt.
Everything since 2K22 has been effectively the same game with improvements. If this runs well it’s a definite buy for me

Pigeot = Pigeon
Did a flamingo hurt you or something
