Game looks fire
I’ve heard so many people say that if it didn’t release so late last year, it deserved a GOTY nomination
So I’m hype for it to try it out on Switch 2 next year

It’s a really solid game, one problem is that the first few levels are amazing and then it sort of loses steam towards the end. I think it was undercooked, but a fully realized sequel could be amazing.
I’d rate it 7/10 in its current state, but the expansion looks great, I’ll definitely be playing that.
I know it’s probably coming December or later but if they shadow dropped it in September that would be so peak

Does the game only have a first-person mode? Asking because I kinda hate first person POV in video games. I always get annoyed when I see a good looking game and then they switch over to gameplay and it’s first person perspective

Unfortunately yeah
F***ing yikes lmao
Hopefully it’s just an unfinished build problem and that’s why they didn’t allow filming of the gameplay
New classes sounds interesting
F***ing yikes lmao
Was interested in double dipping, not any longer, unless they delay it after getting bashed by multiple publications. Calling it tarnished edition was prophetic in a way.
Unrelated, but i remember playing it on my friend's xbox series x and it ran pretty bad there as well, kept dropping frames. From needs to get better at optimizing their games
F***ing yikes lmao
As expected
Good to hear that it looks good visually though. Hope they can iron out the performance.
Xbox definitely looks better if you zoom in but the fact that it’s CLOSE and you have to zoom in to even tell is a testament to how powerful Switch 2 is
F***ing yikes lmao
What are we doing
Nintendo are doing a horrible job killing my buyer’s remorse

Real, I’m waiting to see the pricing on the 5000 super cards then I’m probably out too. I’m sure it’ll be worth hopping back in in 2-3 years when there’s more to get, I haven’t touched mine in a few weeks since beating Banaza

I'd say wait until September is over. They've had a September Direct almost every year, and this year is Mario's 40th anniversary. They just might tease a new 3D Mario or something. If there's nothing big revealed in September then I'll have to dock my Switch somewhere else.

Welp is it this bad? I guess it might not be that for me since I never got a NS

If you plan to play a backlog of Switch 1 games then this will be great, but if you want to play new games that are Switch 2 exclusive then there ain't much to see yet.

Yeah and well then I'm glad that my NS 2 backlog will be huge

I feel the same way. The games for the first Switch in the first year was actually so goated
The games for the new Switch on the other hand... horrendous so far
