I feel like ocarina remake would make sense for next year because it’s the 40th anniversary of Zelda
More likely we get hyrule warriors release date in this direct, and then they save the other Zelda announcements for 2026
I just feel like it's too short of a cycle for it to be revealed and released next year... Let's see!
There is so many options for this Direct which makes it exciting and the Switch 2 is proving to be so capable
A Switch 2 powered 3D Mario is super exciting man
Bananza started as a switch 1 game, imagine what they'll think up with much better hardware.
Im even more scared for whats Zelda bringing to the table, considering what they pulled with the switch weak ass cpu.
Monolith soft and next level games will bring insane art direction and graphical fidelity, the 2d titles will bring 120fps smooth ass gameplay hopefully, retro studios will get back to rolling out games, this new generation of Nintendo games is so exciting for me.
I got a feeling we'll get a new star fox game this gen, and no it wont be another star fox 64

Facts
Seeing them make full use of the RT cores could turn out some insane results

This right here, it's giving me goosebumps to think about what Monolith is cooking with this device, they are working with a lot of great tech right now if you follow their blogs. We are looking at bigger worlds because of procedural asset generation and much better cutscenes and less of a contrast between what is cutscene dialogue and regular NPC lines. We are looking at games that will have less akward moments and are much more seamless. XC3 was already peak for me with some of the cutscenes!
Add on top of it that DLSS is apparently getting a major update in the devkits by the end of the year...
Ever since they announced it was 60 mins it's all I can think about lmao I'm so excited for Friday now
That’s not a shadow drop btw
We’ve been repeatedly told the release date is 2025, they showed it off multiple times too
A shadow drop is like Metroid prime remastered, nobody knew it was coming and then bam they announced it and released it same day
How do the physicals not leak?
How do the physicals not leak?
Isn't that part of why Nintendo stopped f***ing with Amazon?
How do the physicals not leak?
if I’m not mistaken wasn’t there a little bit of lag time between when physicals dropped and the shadow drop announcement? I think it was on the eShop for a week or so first
it’s time
