These guys can't help but have one PR disaster after another
I don't understand how they don't see how consistently bad the optics are on this stuff, its incredibly careless

The 4o video chat they demoed isn't available yet, what's in the app is still audio -> text -> text -> audio, not audio -> audio

They're hoping that their PR as the frontrunner of AI development would shield them. They're trying to grow very quickly in order to keep Google from matching them. But the problem with that strategy is that they're not cautious about it as AI is still suspicious in terms of ethics and prone to making mistakes every now and then.

worked pretty much flawlessly lol

only complaint is the rate limit still on plus, i also wish i could upload pictures i already have and could tell it edit them instead of me telling it what i want
