Horrible timing if you’re looking for a 5070 ti or higher. I got my 5070ti for $840; now that model is like $1050.

Goddamn this thread hasn't moved in 5 months
These driver issues/timeouts for my 7900XT is getting ridiculous as I can run into the issue from just browsing on this site or even opening Steam. Gonna pay the premium and get a 5080 smh.
buy Intel or AMD
what GPU do you have
you can save a lot if you avoid the Nvidia tax

I still have my 3080 its not a big deal since i don't play newer games that often but whenever I do, I don't have the greatest experience.

if you’re going upgrade something like this
you need more vram
prices are so f***ed tho i almost don’t recommend upgrading that gpu worth half that price in a normal market and if you mostly play old games

i’m on that buildapc sales subreddit & have yet to see something that’s worth pulling the trigger on. its scary because its looking like these prices won’t get any better.

I had to do that several months ago when I changed my ram thinking that it'll work with my old motherboard, just for it to not be compatible.
Don't know what possessed me to do a whole new build, than just return the ddr5 ram and get ddr4 ram instead.

Also no new consumer nvidia cards next year, so i wouldnt wait for 'just a year'

AMD and Intel aren't making new cards either other than what's out for this generation. All we can do is take care of our hardware and hope nothing happens.
So my SSD says it has 237GB of usable space total, and I only have 30gbs of free space left. When I go to check my files and apps to uninstall for more space, there are only 2 files that I know for sure take up a lot of space, one takes up 61.7GB, the other 19GBs. The rest of the folders I comb through, barely add up to 10GBs altogether.
How do I find what is taking up the remaining 156GB?
