Yeah through fellowship, currently applying for grad school. TensorFlow is great, a good was to learn is just by going through some of their tutorials. Once you start to learn how to mix higher level API with custom implementations of objective functions and layers it becomes really powerful. Look into ORISE post graduate fellowships, it’s pretty competitive but there’s a lot oriented towards machine learning.

and the 3 pin would need a fan controller for the RGB

8k for a monitor is an interesting idea but I feel like it would be a huge waste for gaming I'd take a 4k high hz monitor any day over 8k

it would future proof you for a long time but 4k on that small of a screen already looks really clear

when GPUs are better it's more tempting though honestly it's just games generally don't run to well at 8k lol even on a 3090

I think by the time we do get an 8K monitor (OLED one too please) so is there a RTX 3090 Super or Ti out which should help with it been more worth it. And I think also by then so is there enough content for it to be worth it. Also I want to use it for other stuff besides gaming like content creation for example... So my needs for one are justified IMO lol

But yeah it won't be cheap... But it would for sure future proof my setup and work stuff and also enjoyment of 8K content for sure

yeah if your gonna do none gaming stuff a 8k monitor makes sense I think we are 2 years out from really next level 8k gaming once upscaling gets way better and GPUs + Ray Tracing is better

I really can't wait for games to be fully ray traced right now only a few parts of the game are ray traced most of modern games are rasterized but after GPUs get better at RT full games will be ray traced

it's funny usually Nvidia is the one that takes an Open Source technology and makes it a proprietary feature than AMD follows and adds the Open Source tech afterwards (DLSS, RT, GSync) but this time it's the other way around

Too bad no official support for 9th gen intel i9 9900k still going strong for me. I read somewhere that the cpu should be able to support it but intel only mentioned 10th and 11th gen. Holding out for a modded bios or something

I couldn’t for the life of me find a decent PSU, but stumbled upon a be quiet! Dark Power Pro 12 for retail which is less than any other PSU atm being because they’ve all been bought up and sold by scalpers. And it’s 1200w Titanium. Of course when I checked it this morning stock is now gone and scalpers selling for $999. Glad I got it as soon as I saw it.

Now that I have that my build is complete and I can actually start on putting it together when that comes.

Exactly. I think 8K gaming should be worth it and ready in the next 3-5 years for sure and the RT in games should also be in more things or everywhere it can be by 2024-2026. I think by then so will I either the same year (2025 or 2026) or 1 year after it be buying new PC parts and even a new case, PSU etc. as my stuff will be outdated by then so yeah a lot of stuff to look forward to for sure.
