So I got engaged on Halloween and my girl really wants a print of the moon that night to frame in our living room

Anybody have any idea who or where I can go to for a print or just a high res photo of it?

Since it was some special kind of moon I'm sure a lot of photographers took photos of it

Yea go in person, I you'd get better quality at a photography store then CVS. Walmart etc and you'd be able to see their previous work

If I decide to go the dslr route and not the mirrorless. Does anyone have any recommendations on what camera to start off with that would be good for photo and video? Mainly for photography but I do wanna get into videos a little. I was thinking the t7i but open to suggestions

Been doing 35mm as a hobby for like two years and I've been having a lot of fun with it! I really wanted to try a ton of portraits this year but Covid really s*** on that. The first year I was just playing around and this last year I tried taking technically better pics. Website is rough, I made it years ago to look like a tumblr blog lol, will probably be updating it soon with a more photography portfolio look.

If you got it, go for the t7i. If you wanna save a lil, you can also get the t6i for sure though. It's good for photography and filming.

@shiv122 fam what, that website layout don't look trash imo (unless you updated it since you posted that). I like your collection of shots. The suicide doors sets and your portraits of people are niiice. Also got a lil ptsd from them grand central pics (days of going back and forth between upstate for college and the city during breaks fml)

Yooo I appreciate that man! I actually just re-did my whole site on squarespace which is why it looks like that. I actually made a whole zine about that trip to NYC with the grand central trip! I’ll see if I can find a way to upload it! My New Years resolution last year was to really practice taking portraits versus just shooting random candid photos.

See that was mine this year to do more portraits.

But I also thought America was gonna get a better handle on this panoramic so fml rite? lol

Though if it wasn't for this s***, I probably don't even get into this full throttle (I've always loved photography/visual arts in general my whole life, but music was always my 1st love). saving up the entire 1st wave of unemployment and help from the stimmy got me my canon.
