I mean you need to decide on the material you want it out of.

Even if you pick diamond, there's many different kinds to pick from including lab made of course

Then you still need to decide on the material of the holding piece being something like white gold or silver, etc

I stopped wearing nice studs pre Covid and went back to plugs personally, I really don't know prices at this point unfortunately
