Doesn't take a great deal of intelligence to flip a million dollars, and even then many of his ventures flopped horribly. To call him 'smart' for flipping a million dollars is quite a loose use of the word since literally hearing him speak and conduct himself would tell you he's in fact no intelligent. His own teachers agree.
