The question is if enough people that didnt vote will vote for Biden, but many of them may also vote for Trump.

His 2016 base has definitely shrunk especially with women. But since he was elected, swing/southern states have made it a priority to get young people to register/vote republican for this very election. Overall he's going to lose the popular vote by a much larger margin than in 2016 but as long as the support is there in the right states...
