How do I live in a blue state and yet it’s being destroyed by blue protestors? Everyone’s anti trump here and yet they’re looting each other. Shouldn’t they take their talents to a red state and really voice their opinion?

I'm tired, like actually physically exhausted by having a president who actively brings out the worst in people. He brings out the hatred in his followers and he brings out the fear and dread in the rest of us.

It's easy to excuse this as simply bringing to the surface what was already wrong with America, but we do bear a small responsibility in not making the people around us actively worse.

Even on a site like KTT, you can get what you put into it. There are people who come into threads, s*** all over the place and ruin it for everyone. I really try to do the opposite and you typically don't see me fighting with anyone.

Trump is such an insecure and broken person that he needs chaos to spackle over the cracks in his personality and platform. He attracts and organizes racists and bigots. Yesterday, he actively praised violence against Biden supporters. This isn't funny, this isn't healthy for the nation.

Furthermore, the GOP is f***ing diseased with Trumpism and it would be in all of our best interests if they broke away from this white nationalist scourge following a tough loss. Plenty of GOP leaders realize this and are already making their move.

I'm rooting for Biden not for his policies, but for the way he conducts himself and the decorum that he encourages from his supporters. I'm desperately hoping for another shot at having decent conversations with my neighbors about s*** that actually matters. I'm tired of speaking in memes and slogans when there are very real problems that we need to figure out together.

See I’ll agree with most of this. Biden has s*** policy proposals but at the end of the day character and “behavior” is a key part of a president and Trump just s***s the bed in that aspect. I’m in a state that has been blue since Reagan so my vote is irrelevant but this is why I’m not voting. On one hand this orange man behaves like a buffoon but has great policies, but on the other hand Joe actually speaks like a leader but has the worst policy ideas.

my homie working at a polling place in rural PA with his grandpa who has been doing it on election day for 20 years. says the most people he's ever seen at the precinct was 301 in 2008, and they're already at 205 and it's not even 10am
