Using definitions is an ULTRA MAGA dog whistle

Three years of premium subsidies for ACA, allowing Medicare to negotiate prescriptions. $300b deficit reduction, $370 billion energy/climate spending (not sure specifics).

important note, googled it because that seemed weird, its 15% minimum only on billion dollar companies, not all companies in general. thanks otherwise though

Ahh that was left out of the article I had read. And no problem.

yeah i was like wow universal 15% minimum was kinda extreme given the small business campaign focus usually in the US. makes more sense it's billion dollar company only. I'd like to know what the tax money is going for though esp. paired with additional IRS enforcement and carried interest loophole closing. it doesn't seem like there's really any increase especially in government funding besides a few energy subsidies, much of which is an expansion of what already exists, so it's a bit worrying if they're just collecting tons more tax money through the guise of funding state programs only for it to once again probably go to the military or tax subsidies

Yeah I didn’t even think of that but it makes sense.
Yeah I’m sure it’s not all gonna go where it’s earmarked. The 300b direct payment on the deficit will be good though.
