Been trying to kickflip for a year, i'm about to give up tbh.

I have a VERY solid ollie, i can ollie over pretty much anything, got nollies, popshuv, front shuv, all most every 180, fakie bigspin, fakie front 360 etc

I Started practicing heelflips a week ago and they're already better than my kickflips

Learned heelflips first, took me a year to learn kickflips but after that everything clicked pretty fast

I hope it'll be the same for me ! Feel like i'm not really progressing because I dont have any flip tricks

I learned kickflip and varial flip same day then pretty much everything came quick after that including everything switch and nollie. Just put in the work and the results will come, also helps to skate with people better than you

Don’t sweat it. Lots of people have one of the “basics” tricks that they just suck at.

I was rewatching Ed Templetons Epicly Later’d yesterday and Dill’s interview bits were really interesting watching now in context of the current state of FA. He talked a lot about how the reason Toy Machine was so sick for so many years is because Ed wasn’t afraid to change the team style and adapt when people quit. Basically exactly what FA needs to do here if they wanna maintain their s***.
