I've been getting 5 hours of sleep the last month and a half need to fix this s*** asap
This is my next goal

I'm used to taking naps on yoga mat and after spending a period of time without pillow I find it more preferable. I don't have wack back and shoulder problems. I feel well rested after 4-5 hours of night sleep. Gonna try just the floor for my night sleep v soon
Cardio is the best solution and it has a lot of other benefits
I really miss benzodiazepines tho

This is interesting because there's been times when I've just decided to lay down on the floor for whatever reason or if I'm doing some exercise on my back and it's just felt sooo good. It just feels like it gives me a better posture, better breathing and just overall feels really good.
