Yea I think it's cause one X got that 60fps patch mad long ago and ps4 pro didn't.
It seems like a uncapped fps patch should be pretty simple though. I'll hop back into the game when they add it I guess

You actually can get it 60fps on PS5 but you have to get it to the 1.0 update which I think requires the disc version unfortunately :/

Hopefully the 60fps and enhanced visual update comes early 2021
