No, there isn't. The game starts off at fidelity(4k and 30 fps) by default but you can change it to performance at any time. You cannot get both 4k and 60 fps at once in performance mode

Every mode uses a dynamic resolution that is upscaled to 4k, performance Rt is the best mode.

this honestly the biggest letdown to me in terms of next gen console performance. PS5 should have handled 4k/60fps from the jump, even if it ended up costing $600.

and i believe for ratchet and clank the performance mode without ray tracing targets a 4k resolution at 60fps if you want it

That FF Paradise trailer has got to be one of the most mockable trailer Ive ever seen. The killing chaos line is just so stupid and edgy I can’t stop thinking about it, made even better by the 100% seriousness of it all. I love it lol. Strange, since it did nothing for the gameplay at all.
