Don’t know what game reviews you have been watching but it doesn’t need to be clarified because the industry has actually been operating this way ever since they first decided to rate a game a 10/10.

10/10 doesn’t necessarily mean perfect (because as we all know truly perfect things don’t exist), it’s just the absolute highest recommendation these companies can give. Why judge a game before you’ve played it? Maybe it really is as good as all the reviews are saying

No we only got a PS5 patch that made it do CBR 4K @ 60 FPS... But not something like what they did with DS: DC or what they did with GOT: DC and the 2 Uncharted games coming to the PS5 etc. So I hope that a remaster is been made for the PS5 as well.
