Well I know for the division 1 it loaded up everything from your profile and s*** while being online each time. There's areas in the game where PvE meets PVP just by walking there so I'd think division 2 is even more interconnected

There is no offlie mode for div 1 or 2 its an online pve/pvp shooter, you can set the world to private which would be the closest thing to single player or offline mode

I believe you don’t need ps+ for the campaign/ pve stuff but you will need to have an active internet connection

They can’t do that, the games would be unplayable the disc drive can’t read fast enough for a file that large, just gotta get an external drive
