ryuHBought a PS5 from Walmart when they did an official restock for Walmart plus members only
Yesterday the package finally came and when I opened it all I received was a box of paper towels and cranberry juice
Walmart and FedEx customer service refuses to help. FedEx says I need to get a refund from Walmart and Walmart says they refuse to refund or exchange anything because the package was signed for (by one of my family members while I was at work)
I’m f***ing livid

That wouldn't matter cause I'm sure you don't open the package in front of the person to sign off.
Unless Fedex directly gives you the ps5 box out in the open.
