But yeah I get what you mean... That LG TV ain't got no FALD, 144 Hz and I am not even sure about it having 1 ms (It might... But I don't remember reading about it having that) plus maybe other stuff that Sony has added to it like PS5 related features as well.

But remember that PC monitors do usual cost more and do also sometimes have exclusive stuff like higher Hz (FPS). But hey you might like what Sony might offer in the future with their monitors and maybe TV's someday as I see them adding PC stuff to their TV's someday to make them more useful for gamers

yeah monitors are usually more expensive, razer has a similar 27” that’s $699

I guess it’s just up to what your size requirements are, personally I’d always go with the better deal even if the oled is quite a bit bigger

I don't blame you... But they're doing it somewhat right for their first attempt at doing this monitors thing for PlayStation/PC gamers (Besides their previous PS3 monitor that came over a decade ago and after stopping doing the VAIO laptops and desktops with also the VAIO desktop monitors) and they're like they said looking forward to our feedback about this... Until then so is there better options but this 27" monitor is decent enough to get but it's up to the needs of the person if they think this M9 monitor from Sony is worth it or not... But I can see Sony doing things right in the next 2-3 years or nothing more than 3-5 years from now.

Also yeah they need to also consider bigger monitors so 32" at least and something bigger is welcome. I hope they do consider also doing a OLED and maybe even a QD-OLED or what's the latest and greatest by 2025-2028
