Development wise studios will still have to unfortunately serve the lowest common denominator of Xbox Series S so a PS5 Pro or new sku will only get taken advantage of so much. First party will go in or major games like GTAVI but most games will just get closer to that consistent 4k 60fps which on most of those games is available for the same price without paying yearly for online on PC.

PC also more often doing game sales.

So it becomes if you are paying 600-700 + yearly online + having to buy more games at full price than steam sales + controllers that get stick drift and so much else its a tougher sell in most cases where PC offers more freedom
