Three days ago I was on the last mission of Ghost of Tsushima, and then I went to sleep.
I wake up and there’s water coming out of my PS4. No one spilled anything on it, and neither did I. My friend comes over and takes it apart and we let it air dry all day, and by the end of the day it turns on again but the fan wasn’t spinning.
I take it to a repair shop the next day and tell them the fan isn’t working but it still powers on. They tell me that there’s irreversible water damage to the motherboard and that it wouldn’t even turn on for them.
I take it back home and it turns on immediately for me. I call another repair shop, tell them the situation and tell them what the first repair shop told me, and they say that they can fix it.
I take it to them, and a day later they tell me that it wouldn’t power on for them either and that they even replaced the power supply and it still wouldn’t turn on but the fan was spinning sometimes, but there’s no way to fix it.
I take it back home and now it won’t turn on for me either.
I got this PS4 literally 3 months ago from Best Buy. I’m gonna have to buy another one I guess but I don’t even know what happened to this one and I don’t know why it would turn on for me but not for these repair people.
And they told me that I can’t put the hard drive into a new PS4 so all of my save data is gone
I just don’t understand what happened
PS4 doesn't have cloud saves?
I copped days gone during the recent sale. Bro why are the bikes so f***ing slow
So that guy’s save data should be intact...
If he’s subbed to PSN plus otherwise nope lol
Pretty sure Sony’s Spider-Man license is only for movies. Otherwise that Spider-Man show that’s on Disney wouldn’t be a thing
It's really not that hard to understand. Sony owns the rights to Spider-Man films. That's it. Disney/Marvel owns everything else. Television rights(Cartoons like Skrilla eluded to), merchandise, etc...ANY Film based on Spider-Man, live action or animated will be owned by Sony(Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse).
Which takes me to the controversial Spider-Man/Square Enix/PS Exclusive.
Clearly Sony & Disney have a good working relationship. Evidenced by them cutting deals allowing Spider-Man to appear in Disney's MCU films & The 2018 Playstation Exclusive game. I don't understand what the big deal is. They're just keeping a good thing going on this particular character. That exclusivity s*** really be shaking things up.

You start with the slowest bike and you upgrade the speed and other stats over the course of the game, at the mechanic shop

So why isn’t there another Spider-Man game for the XBOX?
Playing Sekiro with no hud on. S*** is so fun. Elden needs to come out like yesterday.
edit: fighting enemies reminds me of cuphead since there's no health pool shown

the only crazy thing is they got the IP for 15 mil. gotta be one of the most profitable purchases in history at this point
