GEOLINKI think I said it here in the past but I will crack up laughing if both the PS5 and XBOX are the same price (both versions respectively).
Honestly wouldn't be a bad idea.
No way the digital PS5 will cost the same as the series S.

I don’t think that totally rules out the idea of them having a PS5 event this week. When it comes to Sony and their logic, to think that they wouldn’t do something to overshadow VR is giving them too much credit. As a lifelong PS fanboy, they consistently make headscratching decisions like that

What would combat the leak though, digital version pricing? If it's more then people still talk about how the Xbox is cheaper
I think they hoping Xbox is fearful of more stuff leaking and they just get all their stuff out there sooner now, then Sony can attempt to overshadow all that

An extravagant show showing actual gameplay, the start up -basically proper in depth look.
And I think dropping the console at least 2 weeks earlier.

It’s not even a competition for the hardcore gamers. But they’ll lose a portion of the casuals - especially when they see the price and the trends. Idk how you can think otherwise.

Feel like Sony already showed all their cards, so idk what exactly it is they need to do another show for, we pretty much seen all the gameplay for everything launching except for spiderman so I guess they can show that and be done with it
