Nah. But you can cop the PS4 version and it will look a lil better and run smoother on PS5

And sometime in 2021 (hopefully in the first couple months), they plan on releasing a PS5 update to drastically improve its performance on that console

And the update is free

Hopefully by my 2nd or 3rd playthrough, the Cyberpunk PS5 update will be available

I think you can buy Cyberpunk on the PS5 store (or physically) in the launch. It has no sense if u can't, imagine if u don't have a ps4, u can't buy it
