i feel you, i'm the same way. i used to solely focus on the story until i thought about doing everything i could then do the story so when i finish i don't have a ton of stuff left that idc to do.

I f*** with them I just like the atmosphere and freedom in the games. They're big sandboxes with very detailed world's. They've definitely lost some of their appeal but they have good games. I only played doom a little but it seemed pretty fun too.
