I ordered mine from walmart Im in the US. All my preorder says is the date it should arrive by and the bar which isnt filled. I was initially charged full price then given back the money I know they charge when they ship because I asked someone on the customer service line and they also said they send a email when they are about to ship and charge as well but Idk if they were just trying to say anything to get me offline lmao the email thing worries me
