i was ALL over xbox during the 360 era. way too hooked on halo and xbox live as a whole throughout high school. had a ps3 but didn't play it a ton, mainly just for a couple exclusives.

got the ps4 on launch, but still got an xbox one when halo mcc was announced. when it came out in the absolute dumpster fire of a state that it did, it was over for me.

could not be paid to have an xbox over a playstation. i don't think there is a single game that could change that fact. plus 95% of the games i play are japanese, and we both know damn well xbox ain't have an abundance of those

Microsoft is doing Halo soo dirty. Its supposed to be their Mario, their huge franchise, but they cant even get a game out

yeah, i almost feel bad for them. really ever since 343 took over halo development from bungie, the series has taken a huge nosedive. actually still can't get over the fact that infinite isn't coming out w/ the XSX launch

you're (generally) only really gonna find 4k60hz or 4k144hz. 4k60 run from like 300-500, 4k144 gonna be like 700+. we haven't really hit the point of running AAA games at 4k with 144fps just yet.

tbh, was thinking about picking up one of those just so i can replace one of my current ones and won't have to worry about having three monitors on my desk with one dedicated to ps5 and watching stuff lmao

every time i check the shipping status, i wait for it to fill to the "shipped" point

oh yeah, one more thing to keep in mind is if the monitor supports hdmi 2.1. i believe you'll need it to hit 120hz on the monitor with a ps5. though there was this article, so i'm not 100% sure how it's gonna work.
