Anyone else get a download bug? Cold War says queued for download. But I press it and nothing is in the downloads. Can’t remove anything either. A quick google tells me only way to fix is a factory reset

My s*** booted to black screen twice and turned itself off on Sackboy on first night but after unplugging my hard drive and avoiding rest mode I haven’t had a single issue with my ps5
