MissionWhy is the d-pad still on the far left of the controller instead of the left a***og stick? That’s my only gripe with PS controllers
I could literally ask the same about why an Xbox controller put the a***og stick on the far upper left ... Its called preference my guy

They're putting the d-pad in the spot that's more easily accessible to the left thumb, so they're essentially prioritizing the d-pad over the a***og stick, which seems backwards. You're right, it is a matter of preference and it's ultimately not a big issue, I've always been fine with PS controllers.
