did it happen when you turned on your tv because that happened with mine twice and it happens with other consoles it’s just Samsung being annoying Idk how to disable it

Yea it happened both times I turned on the tv. I got a Hisense though not Samsung. Not a big deal just thought it was weird

I forget the exact name but HDEC-C or something in settings allows you to sync tv power on/off with the ps5

That’s a feature that some Samsung tv’s have believe it or not. It lets you control your systems with your remote lmao. There should be a way to turn it off in the settings, I did it a few days ago.

it was a issue with the Other data on the console storage. Some how i was getting a download queue bug... Everytime I log out, games were being downloaded and nothing was being downloaded in the first place.

No patch or installs, its just queuing a new download for the game.
What I think that did to the Other storage was holding data for those queues that keep going off, holding my extra GB's for games on hostage.

The normal amount should be around 50-60GB due to majority of it being OS data, but my s*** was 188GB. rebuilding the database doesn't fix this bug, you have to do a complete factory reset.

I didn't have any external issues with my console so I just unloaded all my ps4 games onto it before I did a factory reset.

Everything gucci now but yeah, I've had only slight issues.

Could have sworn I saw somebody else with this exact issue somewhere with this exact same number (188GB) in Other and they had to factory reset

I prefer the build quality, weight, and features of the dual sense, but prefer the button positioning and size of the DS4.

yeah i feel you on that. i keep my hands clean, yet i still have some darker shaded areas on my controller. don't think it'd be much of an issue if the controllers weren't textured with the small button symbols all over the place.

I don’t have the console yet but I haven’t been ITT in a min but seen this and figured I’d share since I was pretty bummed about there being no browser.

Apparently if you get a friend or use an alt account to message you google.com you’ll be able to open up PS5’s internet browser which as far as I know hasn’t actually been accessible and the console was thought to not even have one. Could anyone confirm this works?
